For the new Vertical (ACE) and Horizontal (PEAS) Compressors, there are three principle service kits for providing servicing, these being:
- Oil Change Kit (Prefixed KO) – Usage every 2,000 hours or 1 year comprising Oil Filter and Air Intake Filter.
Maintenance Kit (Prefixed KM) – Usage every 4,000 hours or 2 years comprising above components plus Separator Element and any replacement valves.
Top-Up Kit (Pre-fixed KT) – Usage every 20,000 operating which is a top-up/full overhaul service kit. Motor bearings require replacement at 20,000 operating hours (Same time as the top-up service). Motor bearing service kits are available (KBV/KBH).
Horizontal Open (PUTS/PURS) and Horizontal Enclosed (ACE) HV01 to HV04, HV55 and HV75
The service regime for these mature compressor models differ from the ACE and PEAS, however, three principle service kits remain, these being:
Maintenance Kit (Prefixed KM) – Usage every 2,000 hours or 1 year comprising Oil Filter and Air Intake Filter.
Separator Kit (Prefixed KS) – Usage every 6,000 hours or 2 years comprising above components plus Separator Element and any replacement valves.
Top-Up Kit (Pre-fixed KT) – Usage every 24,000 operating which is a top-up/full overhaul service kit. Motor bearings require replacement at 24,000 operating hours (Same time as the top-up service). Motor bearing service kits are available (KBV/KBH).
Using the service kits as part of the recommended service schedule will prevent costly breakdowns, ensuring a continuous supply of high quality compressed air.
